Why did we create Conductor?
Data gathering and account building is a lengthy manual process that is prone to error and is unable to be scaled to the enterprise level. This has a heavy impact on the account implementation cycle times within Professional Services which impacts overall customer satisfaction and customer success.
Impact is also experienced in other organizations, such as porting, and additionally in regards to data analytics. For example, accurate trend analysis/prediction and forecasting are nearly impossible given the current lack of quantifiable data.
So, to sum it up, Conductor was born out of the necessity of our organization needing to scale up to meet the new demands from moving up-market.
