Release 178 (or Sprint 19) is all about optimization and creating more efficiency in your work flow. This updates brings some major changes to Conductor and how it works at several different levels.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback; your ideas and solutions are what power each sprint with this tool. Release 178's maintenance window is scheduled for February 4th at 6-7PM MST.

The two most important changes are listed below and everyone should pay attention to these major items as they will affect your day-to-day operations with Conductor.

Important notes:

You do not need to place the 'X' in the user's email to prevent activation of users, if using Conductor.

Conductor now asks if you would like to activate users on sync, or place the equivalent of the 'X' (the new 'X' is RC13) in the users email, so you don't have to. You are still able to use the Donut tool, User and Limited Ext Activator, to remove the RC13 string from the email to activate when the client is ready

Everyone can create new workspaces and invite customers to those workspaces.

It is now possible for any RC member to create a new workspaces (with a UID and quote) and anyone can invite members to a workspace now, including customers (external emails). There are no more roles such as member and owner for workspaces, only users and customers. Any RC member can freely create, join and leave a workspace.

Note: This only applies to new workspaces created after 2/4/2021 at 7PM MST.

Search, join and jump into any workspace freely! There are no more Owner and Member roles for a workspace.
The invite user modal accessed via the Activity Feed.

We have many other enhancements and improvements in this Sprint! Below are some highlights, but please take a look at the full list at the Conductor change log.

What's new:

  • Assign a specific unassigned extension to a user via the location details (address) modal.
  • Assign a specific direct number to a site or company number.
  • Site 'Due Date' renamed to 'Device Due Date' and defaults to 30 days from creation of the site.
  • New button to re-Dip any erred number that could not return the carrier info.
  • Compare different roles easily with a new feature in the Roles modal.
  • Easily toggle visibility of different port packages via their status to reduce clutter.

If you have any questions, please send us a message or get in contact with a PSi team member.

Cheers to all of you and good luck with your implementations!
