Conductor release 205, or Sprint 20, is all about optimization and enhancements to existing functionality. We investigated areas that were presenting the greatest challenges and headaches for all of you. Again, thank you for all the feedback; you determine the direction that we take with Conductor.

In this release you will see updates to porting, user creation, syncing, bulk uploading and several other areas that need optimization. The data tables have been optimized and load faster, syncing skips duplicates and so does Bulk upload if you want to. Limited Extensions need less info for creation and, for the big one... signing a port package is as easy as sending a link to the authorized signatory. Conductor access is not needed to sign a port package anymore!

As usual, if you have any questions or comments please reach out to us via the Conductor Glip teams or ping someone on the PSi development team.

What's new:

  • It's much easier to sign a port package! Simply send the link to the appropriate person(s) and they can sign without having Conductor access.
  • Only the data table will scroll now - column titles and buttons are static and stay at the top.
  • Performance optimizations: data table loading, pagination and viewing many items have all been improved and are faster.
  • Conductor will not use recently ported numbers as temporary numbers for new port items.
  • Canadian LOAs will generate when you have Canadian numbers in a port package (still in beta).
  • Limited Extension user creation is more automated and requires less information to upload and create.
  • Sync will not create duplicate user(s), if found in the account, and will skip creation and not sync that user(s).
  • New sync error icon (red yield sign) for more significance and the pre-flight error icon is now the old sync error icon.
  • New option to skip duplicate users (users already created) on bulk upload to streamline and speed up mass user creation.
  • Device dictionary endpoint is now functional and will pull all available devices from RC Connect API.
